Order processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation.
Delivery timeline
Once shipped, your order will typically be delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Shipping partner
All orders placed through our website are shipped via a third-party logistics aggregator. They may further assign your shipment to affiliated courier services based on serviceable pin codes, delivery priority, or logistics optimization.
While we make sure your order is dispatched on time, we do not control the internal operations of these courier partners and cannot guarantee delivery timelines once the package has been handed over.
Delays
There might be slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, public holidays, or regional restrictions — but we'll always try to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.
Order tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your package in real time.
