Exchange window
Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
How to start
Email us or message us on Instagram with your order number and the size you'd like instead. We'll share the next steps and a return address.
What's eligible
Size exchanges and manufacturing defects are covered. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept pieces that have been worn or washed.
Refunds
Where a replacement isn't available, we'll process a refund to your original payment method after the returned item passes a quick quality check.
Shipping costs
The first size exchange is on us for eligible orders. Return shipping for change-of-mind requests may be borne by the customer.
